The principle behind the scheme is to train dive guides and diving instructors to a level of competence in monitoring marine life and adjacent land habitats, not only in the Red Sea but in any area of tropical waters. Red Sea Dive Leader Project™ Project will help to protect the marine natural resources in many ways. 

Foremost is by offering information, advice and assistance to the public. The “Public” means everybody who uses the marine ecosystems. Many of the problems caused by the “Public” are often due to ignorance or misunderstanding rather than malice. By being an important point of contact between the authorities, and the visitors, local community, Red Sea Dive Leader Project™ will certainly help to alleviate conflicts. 

The program will help you to directly contribute in conservation and enhancement of the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage. The Red Sea Dive Leader Project™ will support your presence in the diving market by Promoting opportunities for the understanding and enjoyment of the special qualities of the Marine Ecosystems.

Participants in the Red Sea Dive Leader™ will be able to achieve good liaison, to learn about the Marine Ecosystems, to react to incidents and report violations, to continuously gain knowledge of the physical characteristics of the Red Sea.

Prerequisites:

  • Certified as Professional dive guide / Diving instructor by recognized training agency
  • Mature attitude and real interest in the conservation
  • Complete the registration form

Duration and Materials:

  • 2 hours

1st Session: Sunday the 27th of February 19:00 (GMT+02:00) Cairo Time

2nd Session: Monday the 28th of February 19:00 (GMT+02:00) Cairo Time

Both sessions are required to complete the program

  • Candidates will receive copy of the training materials developed by RED SEA PROJECT™ 

Participants will receive internationally recognized digital certification of completion

Training Language: English

Registration closes on the 25th of February 2022 at 12:00 (GMT+02:00) Cairo Time.

After your registration you will receive a confirmation email and one day before the training you will receive your personal login details.
